Due Date: Training Webinar: March 19, 2021 & Cost Survey: Due April 19, 2021

Providers should monitor the Texas Children’s Health Plan (TCHP) Provider Portal regularly for alerts and updates associated to the COVID-19 event.  TCHP reserves the right to update and/or change this information without prior notice due to the evolving nature of the COVID-19 event.

Call to action: Texas Children’s Health Plan (TCHP) would like to make FMSAs aware of a cost survey with a due date of April 19, 2021. The Health and Human services Commission (HHSC) Provider Finance Department has contracted with Deloitte Consulting to administer a cost survey for all FMSAs providing administrative supports for individuals receiving services through the Consumer Directed Services option, either through fee-for-service or managed care. 

In support of the survey, HHSC and Deloitte Consulting are hosting a cost survey training webinar to assist providers with completing the cost survey on Friday, March 19th at 9:00 AM. The Webinar Registration is available online at 

How this impacts providers: The cost survey is available to download on the Provider Finance Website.  Please send any questions and return all completed cost surveys to Deloitte Consulting at 

Next steps for providers: FMSAs are encouraged to attend the training webinar Friday, March 19th for guidance on the cost survey. In addition, FMSAs should complete the survey by the due date of April 19, 2021 by accessing it here
