Call to action: The Texas Department of State Health Services (DSHS) Grand Rounds Series is hosting a live webinar focusing on perinatal mood disorders on July 7 from 11 a.m.-12:30 p.m. Presented by Sarah Wakefield, M.D., Texas Tech University Health Center.
How this impacts providers: DSHS Grand Rounds is designed to expand understanding of the science and evidence-based practice of population health. Each session focuses on key challenges related to a specific health topic, and explores cutting-edge scientific evidence and potential impact of different interventions. Continuing education credits/contact hours for multiple disciplines are awarded for attendance.
Next steps for providers: Interested providers should participate in the Grand Rounds Series to increase their awareness and learn about resources available to this patient population. Providers should register at Register on GoToWebinar’s website.
