Provider Alert! FMSA Cost Survey

Providers should monitor the Texas Children’s Health Plan (TCHP) Provider Portal regularly for alerts and updates associated to the COVID-19 event. TCHP reserves the right to update and/or change this information without prior notice due to the evolving nature of the COVID-19 event.
Call to action: Texas Children’s Health Plan (TCHP) would like to make FMSAs aware of a cost survey with an extended due date of May 19, 2021 as of April 26, 2021. The Health and Human services Commission (HHSC) Provider Finance Department has contracted with Deloitte Consulting to administer a cost survey for all FMSAs providing administrative supports for individuals receiving services through the Consumer Directed Services option, either through fee-for-service or managed care.
How this impacts providers: The cost survey is available to download on the Provider Finance Website. Please send any questions and return all completed cost surveys to Deloitte Consulting at FMSACostReporting@deloitte.com.
Next steps for providers: FMSAs should complete the survey by the extended due date of May 19, 2021 by accessing it here.
