Provider Alert! Provider Offices are eligible for Incentive with Completion of Provider Satisfaction Survey

Call to action: Texas Children’s Health Plan (TCHP) is excited to launch our annual Provider Satisfaction Survey this spring- this time with a new feature. Provider offices that complete the survey will be entered into a gift card drawing*. Winning practices will be contacted at the conclusion of the survey.
SPH Analytics will be facilitating the survey during this spring. This way, the individual survey responses remain anonymous. When the time comes, you will receive a mailed survey with instructions for completion via mail or online. Please be responsive so that we learn what changes are needed to be the best health plan for you, our valued providers. Telephonic outreach will take place for the practices with no response to mailed surveys.
*Please note, not all provider offices in the TCHP network are surveyed. 2,500 providers in TCHP’s network are randomly selected by SPH Analytics for survey. Providers that are surveyed and submit complete responses back to SPH analytics will be automatically entered in to the gift card drawing.
