All sessions will be will be from 12:00PM (Noon) – 1:00PM CST
Introduction: The Provider Relations department would like to invite you to attend one of the upcoming sessions and introduce you to the new Quality Team that will support you and your practice to ensure optimal provider experience and performance for 2024. Sessions will be held online as a Microsoft Teams event. Please make note of the time for each session, 12:00PM (Noon) – 1:00 PM.
Intended audience: All providers are invited to attend. If you are a provider or a part of a provider group that received performance improvement payout in 2023, or if you are eligible and did not earn a payout, you do not want to miss this! We look forward to sharing new performance goals beginning January 2024.
Session topics include the following:
- Introduction of the new Clinical Practice Consultants in conjunction with Provider Relations
- Ashley Davis, RN, BSN and Audrey Voss, DNP, RN, PMH-BC,CPHQ, LSSYB
- Information on the 2024 Provider Incentive Program
- Overview of online tools available so providers can track their progress with performance goals
