Call to action: Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) is providing a webinar for Financial Management Services Agencies (FMSAs) scheduled for Thursday, September 9, 2021, beginning at 1:30 P.M. until 3:30 P.M.

How this impacts providers: All FMSAs currently contracted with MCOs or HHSC must attend this training.

Instructions on sending required FMSA Enrollment Training information to Texas Children’s Health Plan :
Financial Management Services Agencies (FMSA) must meet the necessary qualifications to provide Financial Management Services, including completing the mandatory FMSA enrollment training provided by Health and Human Services (HHS). Please notify us of your completed training by emailing our Credentialing Department at Credentialingresponse@texaschildrens.org. In your message, include the following information:

  • Proof of training completion. Examples include; knowledge test certificate of completion, HHS email correspondence stating training completion, or confirmation of awarded contract from the state
  • Full name
  • NPI number
  • Mailing address
  • Phone number
  • Email address
