Attention: All Texas Children’s Health Plan Providers Subject: CHIP- Co-Payments On Thursday, August 31, 2017, the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) approved the state's request to waive Children’s Health Insurance Program (CHIP) co-payments for members with a permanent address in one of the Hurricane Harvey Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) declared disaster counties.
