Carl D. Tapia, MD, MPH, FAAP, is an assistant professor of pediatrics at Baylor College of Medicine. He participates in a multidisciplinary team at Texas Children’s Hospital to provide a quality, patient-centered medical home for over 700 children with medical complexity.
